Over the past 15 years we’ve noticed that brand marketers are looking for smarter, simpler ways of working with partners. They want relationships that support and amplify their internal capabilities and teams. They want less layers, more momentum.

So we redesigned our company into a non-traditional team structure which is quite different from a typical agency model. We’ve stripped down the layers in our structure to make communication and workflow cleaner and more fluid.
