Lunar New Year | Social Campaign for China

In 2018 Kiehl’s Since 1851 launched their first Lunar New Year campaign to celebrate the Year of the Pig. They reached out form help in developing a campaign strategy and creative content for the Chinese market.

Artist Johnny Wang created artwork that told the story of a Pig’s journey home for the holiday. We developed different storytelling assets that included limited-edition products, gifting ideas, and triggers to drive customers into Kiehl’s stores.

The success of the campaign led to an estimated 17% increase in sales. Kiehl’s has since expanded the campaign globally across all markets.
