Lux Resorts & Hotels were expanding their playful and undeniably unique hotel experience to exotic destinations worldwide.
The challenge stemmed from their storytelling – online and in-room – which failed to effectively convey the playful and luxurious hotel experience, resulting in mixed brand perceptions. They sought to synchronize their stories with the actual hotel experience to increase bookings as the brand grew.
We programmed a new story matrix integrating personal experiences, promotions and destination themes to infuse the brand a more human context. Harnessing travel’s most engaging storytelling medium—vlogging—we created authentic destination-based vignettes and immersive journeys.
The new content program guided guests through the full spectrum of surprise-and-delight experiences at every LUX destination, delivering on the brand’s promise of making every moment extraordinary.
